Birds and Nests Challenge at Tag Tuesday

I want to give another little reminder / nudge to check out the current challenge over at Tag Tuesday ~ the theme being BIRDS & NESTS.

Always a favorite theme for me! And so perfect this time of year ~ whether your birds are twitter-pating and nesting yet, or you are still waiting for the snow and ice to melt, it is officially Spring (in the Northern hemisphere at least!)

And isn't this a wonderful reason (as if I needed one) to share this uniquely fabulous and creative tag by Michele Storms? Dodo stamp by madrat rubber (the dodo bird illustration from Alice in Wonderland!) collaged with eggs and nests by Lunagirl and other lovely vintage elements. Love the background paper...and that moth in such a soft pale green...

Flower blossoms and birds always bring me joy and make me smile... And bird's eggs have always been a symbol of rebirth and renewal in Springtime.

"Celestial" Tags by Michele

I wanted to share these two beautiful tags created by Michele Storms and featured on her blog artfromthewell.blogspot.com. Gorgeous and so magical! They both use images from Lunagirl "Celestial" digital collage sheet. The one on the right (that fabulous flapper dancer looks like she is opening a curtain to space, such an incredible tag!) also uses images from my collage sheets "Music" and "Bring On the Dancing Girls." Michele is a member of my Design Team -- so proud of my DT and their amazing work!

Paris Botanical Tags Set: Ephemera, Flowers & Fruit

Still working on Paris Botanical tags today... I made another sheet with yellow flowers and golden fruit. Very pretty! While I was at it I realized I should make a sheet of matching tags that are mostly blank and have a place to write -- to use as backs or just to complete the set. So here is the whole set so far... expect more tags in different themes because I'm having fun with these!

NEW Paris Botanical Tags Printable

More new tags!

These are created with pages from a beautiful old French horticulture journal and pretty antique botanical prints of cherries, strawberries, little red flowers and pink lilies. They have a lovely aged sepia color, from the antique paper, and charming French text.

I call this sheet Paris Botanical Tags: Pink & Red Florals. I plan more sheets in this style in other colors (yellow/gold, blue/purple) and other fruit like grapes, apples, pears... I love working with these images.

New! Fairyland Tags Printable Download Digital Collage Sheet

Inspired by the Fairyland challenge, I've just created a sheet of fairyland tags!

These would be great for gift tags, hang tags, labels, scrapbooking, or card-making. Maybe you can create something with them for the challenge! They are available at Lunagirl.com and in my etsy shop.
